Nurtured NJ is proudly owned and operated by two women with over a decade of combined experience in the human services field. Our agency was created from a shared passion for helping others feel seen, valued, and supported in their everyday lives.

Through our work with individuals and families, we recognized the need for care that is not only reliable, but genuinely compassionate and person-centered. We saw firsthand how much of a difference it makes when individuals are met with patience, understanding, and consistency, and that’s what inspired us to build something of our own. At Nurtured NJ, our goal is simple: to create meaningful connections and provide services that empower individuals to grow, build independence, and live fulfilling lives.
